We’re making some changes to the way Organized Play is handled at Orchard City Games. We hope to build a healthy community within the Okanagan again in each of the games that we support for local players in the area! These changes begin April 2024
Hockey
Tuesday Night Trades: We’re making it official, Tuesdays at 5pm are open nights for trading your cards, completing sets or just collecting your favorites, we’re here for it! Come on down and help us grow the group of hockey fans in town.
DBSG Fusion World
Wednesday Night: weekly 6:30pm Fusion World starts in April!
Saturday Night: weekly 5:00pm Fusion World starts in April!
Magic: The Gathering
Commander Nights: No Change. These will continue to run from 5-9pm every Monday and Friday night!
Friday Night Magic: We’re going to implement weekly draft night, to be replaced when Pre-Release runs.
Saturday Magic: The first month of every quarter will have weekly qualifiers for the next RCQ. Formats are subject to change.
Monthly Legacy: No Change. These will continue to run once a month for the same price.
Flesh and Blood
Tuesday Night Blitz: Blitz nights are cancelled due to lack of interest
Saturday Night League: League night will become regular weekly armory events. Entry fees are changed to $5 for constructed formats and $15 for draft.
Yu-Gi-Oh!
Locals: Entry fees are changed to $5 for constructed formats, and prizing will be reduced to match. 3 round maximum will be implemented to ensure completion before store closes.
One Piece
Tuesday Night Constructed: Tuesday night events are cancelled.
Thursday Night Constructed: Entry fees are changed to $5 for constructed formats. Prizing will be only official Bandai promotional materials. 3 round maximum will be implemented to ensure completion before store closes.
Digimon
Wednesday Night Constructed: Entry fees are changed to $5 for constructed formats. Prizing will be only official Bandai promotional materials. 3 round maximum will be implemented to ensure completion before store closes.
Lorcana
Wednesday Night Constructed: Entry fees are changed to $5 for constructed formats. Prizing will be only league play kit materials going forward. 3 round maximum will be implemented to ensure completion before store closes.
Pokemon
Sunday Play n Trade: No changes to this program. 1-4pm open tables for trading, with no entry fee.
