League Rules
- Each player starts playing in the league with a Commander Pre-constructed deck list. Initially, the only decks not included will be the MH3 decks, and commander ban lists will be used. (This simply needs to match a pre constructed deck list, not be a newly purchased precon.)
- The league requires a minimum of 4 players.
- The league season resets with each standard set release that includes new commander decks. Prizes will be calculated in the last week of each season.
- League games can be organized in the discord and can be played either in store or at home, so long as they are reported to a league representative for entry through companion. This allows the points to be attributed to the correct players.
- Each player may upgrade their deck every week with up to $25 of cards, using Orchard City Games NM card pricing to calculate totals. (Players who join late have the option to purchase previous upgrades by paying weekly fees)
- Each player will pay a weekly league fee of $5, which will go towards prizing at the end of the league season. Prize pool size will be attendance based
- Each player will receive some of the prize pool for participating, based on the number of points they accumulate throughout the season. No-one leaves empty handed.
- Minimum prize pool is a booster box of the new set
League Points
League points can be earned by achieving different goals throughout each game, and will be updated as we go through the league and find fun new ways to add points to our league. The following list of achievements are all worth 1 point:
- Joining the weekly Saturday event in companion ($5 fee)
- Joining a league game to report in companion
- Dealing dmg to all opponents in a league game
- Delivering the killing blow to an opponent
- Winning a league game
